"update Sept 2022. since this i have worked with Ben directly on a couple things. he even answered his own phone! great guy. Fair upfront got me better price when i was over paying. He has all my business!! Crysti is great. she returns calls and emails promptly. The customer Service is what won me. I've always been a fan of State Farm but I just had Renter's through them and my auto through a diff company. who treated me like a number and offered 0 customer service when i called. referred me to app everytime and would not allow me to change my pay date!! so when i got a new/used car last month I asked Crysti in Ben Radar's office for a quote. The new vehicle is 4x4 and she found the old policy was missing a few items. My new policy only went up by $8. I have Renter's too. picked my pay date and everytime Crysti handles me with such respect. its very rare to find these days! kudos to Ben Radar's office and Crysti!! They will continue to get my business!"
